A Masterpiece
We are so happy with the work that Brian and Todd did on our yard! They took a boring front yard and transformed it into a unique masterpiece. We would highly recommend Lawnmower Man Landscaping.
Lawnmower Man is the best!
Lawnmower Man has completed multiple contracts at our home. Brian and the crew are great to work with from concept to completion! They are professional, maintaining a clean and well organized job site. Their sequence of work is excellent, with no need to re-accomplish tasks due to poor scheduling. We are especially happy with the paver patios and walkways that they installed. We are thrilled with our yard and receive many compliments. We heartily recommend Lawnmower Man.
High quality work with attention to detail, a trustworthy and experienced contractor who listens to his customers
I hired Brian in 2014 to repair extensive flash flood damage to my yard in the Johnson Lane area, and to develop and implement solutions to mitigate potential damage from future floods. The project took about two weeks and, being retired, I was home during the day when the work was done. Brian proposed ideas for storm water mitigation that included a berm along my back fence, where most of the water entered my yard, and a modest catch basin where the storm waters flowed naturally. We had to deal with my nearly full septic tank, and Brian suggested installing risers after the tank was pumped, to avoid the need for digging up the tank the next time. He reshaped the back yard, replacing my sickly lawn with a variety of attractive rocks, creating a cactus garden area, repairing a PVC fence post, redesigning and repairing the sprinkler and drip system that had always worked poorly. As the project progressed, I had additional thoughts about adding large rocks and removing trees, which were smoothly incorporated into the project. When finished, I was very satisfied with the look of my yard and the new storm water mitigation features. Afterward, I asked Brian to replace the pop-up sprinklers in my front lawn, which he competed while we were away. A year later the flood control measures were tested by another July flash flood! This time the damage was significantly less than in 2014. I asked Brian to evaluate how well his original ideas worked and to improve on them. He suggested extending the berm and enlarging the retention basin -- both were done in about a day. I have to mention that the two people who worked with Brian on these projects were skilled, experienced, and hard working, in addition to being nice guys! I've met few contractors that I could trust implicitly to do an excellent job without my supervision and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to hire The Lawnmower Man again and highly recommend him to others in my area.
